PLC Data Logger with Modbus, Local Historian and Web Interface

Measurement, automation and process history in one DIN-rail controller.

PLC200 – PLC Data Logger with Modbus

When measurements also drive control decisions, PLC200 combines PLC logic with a local data logger. It reads built-in inputs and compatible Modbus devices, and records process history on a microSD card when one is installed.

How the data moves

Acquire

Analog, temperature and digital inputs, plus measurements from Modbus RTU/TCP devices.

Time and store

RTC/NTP timestamps and daily SQLite archives on microSD.

Inspect

Trends, charts and tables in the built-in Web interface.

Export

CSV for further processing or download the standard SQLite DB files.

Example: remote measurement site

PLC200 reads temperature, pressure and flow from local sensors and Modbus equipment, displays live values and keeps history on microSD. Local logic and the Web interface continue to work if the Internet connection fails; an external SCADA can read the required values over Modbus.
