Pump Station PLC Automation with Web SCADA

One controller for measurement, control and monitoring at a compact pumping site.

PLC200 – Pump Station PLC Automation

A pump station needs dependable local logic and a clear operator view. PLC200 can measure level, pressure and flow, control pumps and variable-frequency drives, and show the current state on a Web panel. Interlocks and protections are engineered for each installation.

A typical pump station layout

Measurement

Tank level, pipe pressure, flow and status signals from pumps and protection devices.

Control

Start/stop logic, operating modes and PID pressure control where appropriate.

Integration

Connect variable-frequency drives, energy meters and other equipment over Modbus RTU/TCP.

Monitoring

Web operator panel, alarms and optional process archives on microSD.

What the operator can see

The Web interface can show level, pressure, the running pump, operating mode and alarm cause. Charts help review behavior over time. Remote access can be arranged through an appropriate network setup or portal, while control at the site remains autonomous.
