Natural gas conversion device CF600G
(with assessed conformity of the type by MID Directive 2004/22/EC)
The gas conversion device CF600G is designed for automatic correction of natural gas volume, measured by different transmitters (turbine, rotary, ultrasonic, etc.), by performing automatic PTZ correction of volume depending on temperature, pressure and gas composition.
Analog inputs with internal error < 0.05% and frequency scanning 250 ms:
For connection of transmitters for pressure or temperature, and the direct connection of RTDs.
- Input 1: pressure transmitter 4-20 mA;
four wire RTD; - Input 2: pressure transmitter 4-20 mA;
- Input 3: pressure transmitter 4-20 mA;
four wire RTD; - Input 4: pressure transmitter 4-20 mA;
Discrete inputs with internal power supply:
To connect the outputs of the "open collector" or "dry contact". Two modes of operating voltage - 25 V or 4 V.
- Sign 1: Maximum frequency 10 kHz;
- Input 2: Maximum frequency 10 kHz;
All inputs are galvanically transducer divided by the microprocessor part, analog output and serial interfaces.
The input circuits measuring cover the technical requirements of the standards EN 60079-0 and EN 60079-11 regarding intrinsically safe circuit - Protocol №168/31.10.2005 on a test center "Minproject" EAD.
Galvanically isolated outputs:
- Analog output 0(4)-20 mA (option - determined upon request) for current expenses (corrected or uncorrected energy). Controlled via the serial interface;
- Discrete outputs:
- Two built electromechanical counters for corrected or uncorrected energy expenditure;
- Two galvanically separated output "open collector" with a maximum working voltage of 25 V external electromechanical counters, alarm. Managed by the serial interface.
- Interface - MODBUS RTU:
- RS232 or RS485 (to be defined in the application). Allows reading of current variables integrated cost, reading and recording parameters.
- RS232 or RS485 (to be defined in the application). Allows reading of current variables, integrated and cost parameters.
Corrector has an LCD display with backlight - four rows of 20 characters, four LEDs and 20 buttons.
Power:
Corrector can work with two independent power supply - AC 220 V / 50 Hz (30 VA) or permanent 12–24 V (max power 10 W). The consumption depends on the number and type of the associated transmitters. There is low-consuming operation in the absence of 220 V, thereby excluding backlight and LED display, external discrete outputs and analog outputs.
Available in box for wall mounting with protection degree IP65.
Ways of working:
Corrector can measure the cost of:
- transmitter cost with current output 4-20 mA, proportional to the fuel (eg. Ultrasonic, vortex, etc.);
- transmitter cost by narrowing device with one or two differential pressure transmitter;
- transmitter cost with high-output proportional to flow;
- transmitter cost low-frequency output (turbine).
The cost can be measured in one or two directions. Direction can be determined from:
- potential entrance;
- phase shifted pulse sequences;
- two independent pulse sequences.
If corrector is unidirectional frequency, the second discrete input can be used for control or measurement of the second independent flow, such as the integration is performed in the common counter.
When measuring the cost of low-frequency transmitter output are provided for additional hardware and software filtrations.
The air pressure can be measured on the fourth analog input or parameter.
In the inverter (if not measured two fuel), analog input 3 can be used to measure the temperature information (T2), and 4 analog input to measure the informational pressure (P2).
There are additional counters for koririgiraniya cost, the adjustment is carried out other than the main base temperature.
Volumes:
- Instantaneous and integrated volumes are uncorrected, corrected and energy.
- The instantaneous volumes are a sign depending on the direction of flow of the gas.
- Integrated volumes with a maximum reading 999 999 999 Integrate separately for positive and negative direction. In separate counters integrate all volumes in case of an alarm sensor on one of the inputs.
- Maintain archive time volumes;
- Maintain archive of subsistence;
- Maintain archive of monthly expenses;
Additional information:
Corrector archived following help information for the current and previous month:
- number of inclusions;
- time to work with a non-zero cost;
- time to work with a cost less than 30% of the range (for diaphragm transmitter);
- time to work in the absence of 220 V;
- time the corrector did not work.
Corrector maintain additional records in a user-set time.
The serial number is displayed and can be read via the serial interface.
If one or two discrete inputs are not used to flow, they can be connected to the "locks" to signal alarm and read the serial interface.
